Child & Special-Needs Care
Expert assistance for children with autism, mobility challenges, or chronic conditions.
What Makes Our Teen Mentors Different
Specialized Training & Experience
Our caregivers receive training in autism support, seizure management, feeding care, behavioral interventions, and medical equipment.
Patient & Compassionate Approach
We understand meltdowns aren't tantrums. We know routines matter. We recognize that communication looks different for every child. Our caregivers meet your child where they are.
Consistent Role Models
The same caregiver works with your child regularly, learning their unique communication style, triggers, preferences, and needs. Consistency reduces anxiety for your child.

FAQs
Can your caregivers handle medical equipment?
Yes. Many of our caregivers have experience with feeding tubes, oxygen, suction machines, and other medical devices. We match you with someone trained in your child's specific needs.
What if my child is non-verbal?
Our caregivers are trained in alternative communication methods including sign language, AAC devices, PECS, and reading non-verbal cues. We learn your child's unique way of communicating.
Do you provide transportation to therapy?
Yes. Our caregivers can transport your child to speech, OT, PT, or other appointments. All drivers are background checked and insured.
What happens during a behavioral crisis or medical emergency?
All caregivers are trained in de-escalation and crisis management. For medical emergencies, they follow your family's emergency protocol and contact 911 if needed. They also immediately notify you.
Will the same caregiver work with my child each time?
Yes. We assign one primary caregiver who learns your child's routines, triggers, and preferences. We also introduce a backup caregiver your child can become familiar with for coverage.
What ages do you serve?
We provide care for infants through age 17, though our primary focus is children ages 0-11. For teens 12+, our Teen Mentorship program may be more appropriate.
You're Not Alone in This
Caring for a child with special needs is one of the most demanding jobs in the world. The exhaustion, the worry, the isolation. We see you, and we're here to help.
