Teen Mentorship & Supervision

Structured Guidance for Teens Who Need Extra Support

What Makes Our Teen Mentors Different

Continuous care provides safety, consistency, and peace of mind for the entire family.

Trained in Neurodiversity

Our mentors understand ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other neurodivergent needs. They recognize triggers, provide accommodations, and celebrate your teen's unique strengths.

More Than Supervision

We actively engage teens in meaningful activities, build trust through consistency, and help develop executive function skills needed for independence.

Consistent Role Models

The same mentor works with your teen regularly, building a genuine relationship. Your teen gets someone who truly knows them.

FAQs

  • How is this different from tutoring?

We provide holistic support including homework help, life skills, social development, behavioral guidance, and supervision. We're helping your teen develop independence.

  • What if my teen resists having a mentor?

We start slowly, focusing on shared interests. Many resistant teens end up looking forward to their mentor's visits once they realize it's not about being "babysat."

  • Will the same mentor work with my teen every time?

Yes. Consistency is crucial. We assign one primary mentor with a backup for occasional coverage.

  • Can the mentor communicate with teachers or therapists?

Absolutely, with your permission. We believe in coordinated care and can attend IEP meetings or provide updates to therapists.

  • What age range do you serve?

Typically ages 12-19, though we work with some 11-year-olds or young adults up to 21 case-by-case.
